Private View: Thursday 27 May, 5.30 - 7pm at Dorchester Arts.

Prize: £500 + Solo Exhibition (Venue to be decided) + Feature in Evolver Magazine

Submission Information:

Media: 2D submissions are invited in any media including, but not limited to, painting, printmaking, photography, collage, textiles.

Size: Work (including frame) should be no larger than 80cm in width.

Submission Format: Please supply images of the work in one of the following formats: PHOTOGRAPHS, JPEG on CD (with accompanying hard copy). No original artworks please. Dorchester Arts will NOT accept any entries by email. Submissions will only be returned if accompanied by a suitable SAE.

Eligibility: The competition/exhibition is open to any West Country artist.

Entry Fee: Up to three works may be entered. £10 per entry (Maximum three entries) £25 for three entries. Please make cheque payable to Dorchester Arts. Please note that entry fees are non refundable.

Deadline: Entries must be received by 4.30pm on Tuesday 13 April 2010. Artists will be notified of selectors' decision by 30 April 2010.

Selection: Selection for the exhibition and awarding of the prizes is at the discretion of the judges, no correspondence will be entered into.

Exhibition Conditions: A commission of 30% will be charged on any works sold. Works do not have to be for sale.
